Whole School Newsletter
Our Whole School Newsletter is sent out each half term to keep families fully up to date with life at Thornham St James. It’s designed to be clear, friendly and useful, and always includes three key sections:

What’s Been Done – a celebration of recent learning, events, trips, and the many ways our children have been shining across the curriculum and beyond.

What’s to Come – a look ahead at key dates, upcoming opportunities and exciting things on the horizon, so families can plan and join us.

General Notices & Reminders – practical information, updates and gentle reminders to help the term run smoothly.
These newsletters sit alongside our class newsletters, which are sent out half-termly and share curriculum information, learning overviews and key dates specific to each class.
Together, they give families the bigger picture as well as the finer details — celebrating what has been, preparing for what’s ahead and helping everyone feel connected to school life. It’s another way we live out our vision “Journeying Together, We Shine” by sharing our journey with the whole community.
